This amazing property has 4 bedrooms. Lower Level with parking has a stand alone 1 bedroom lockout with living room. This is perfect for the loud one in the group, mother in law or noisy kids. It is attached enough to stay connected with your group or if needed can remain as a stand alone unit if only renting the main portion of the unit. Continue up to the main floor and find a beautiful ensuite room just off the kitchen. Continue to the upper level and find the remaining 2 bedrooms. Master and another great ensuite. Each room has a king bed and the lock out also contains a queen fold out couch in the living room area.

Each bathroom has a beautiful shower and amenities for your use. Shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Beautiful white towels provided so please use the facial wipes provided to remove makeup. The master bath is incredible with outstanding Decore, private water closet and a beautiful stand alone tub.

Magnificent views! The home is super clean, modern and spacious. All the appliances, furniture and furnishings are the highest level. The property manager's attention to details was phenomenal. We can't wait to rent it when the ski season opens. It's literally 10’ from a ski trail to the Red Pine Gondola and Village. So, truly ski-in and ski-out!

This stunning APEX Residence has a large 55” tv in the main living room. Watch while prepping dinner or enjoying a sunset from the large wall of windows. The lock out bedroom also has TV along with the two upper bedrooms. Main floor bedroom has a great view of the ski access.

This place was beautiful. Rebecca and Marissa were terrific to work with and the check in process was smooth. Everything is extremely high quality and so beautiful. They had everything we needed from dishes, nice linens and 2 sets of washing machines. Coming back to ski for sure.

This is the perfect Unit for one or multiple families to come and Escape2ParkCity. Located at the base of the Canyons Ski resort you had direct ski access to and from the mountain. Close to Kimball junction with plenty of restaurants and shopping or down town Park City you can see it all. With amazing views from any of the multiple decks you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Canyons Village.
